I usually have a great experience with other Toolstation branches, but my recent visit to Toolstation Dartford was disappointing. Despite being the only customer in the shop, I had to wait about 15 minutes to be served, even though there were 3 or 4 staff members walking around, seemingly trying to look busy. Their attitude was quite rude and unfriendly, which is not something I?ve encountered at other branches. I expected better service, especially since the store wasn?t busy at the time.

Amazing service! We initially were supposed to collect from Greenhithe but we made a mistake and went to Dartford.I?m glad that happened because the ladies there were so nice and so knowledgeable. We managed to get everything we need and more.Thanks for the help!
