Visited the store a few months ago with my baby and the staff were amazing. Bought quite a few items. When I was ready to pay the security guard pushed my trolley to the till, waited for me to pay, then pushed the trolley to my car. It was so kind and thoughtful of him - I had my baby in one arm and pushed the buggy with the other. I love TKMaxx so this experience was the cherry on top

Just visiting here from America and decided to pick up a few things from this store. I got a skirt set and a jacket that was listed with a sign that said 12.99. When I was getting ready to purchase the jacket, hey told me the listed price on it was incorrect. It was supposed to be 21.99, so I politely said ok, but it is boldly advertised this price, may I get it for this price? They said by law they can remove the sign and stock for 24 hours to correct it. I listened and replied, ok that?s fine but since I was listed this price when I got it? can I get it for this price? They apologize and said no. I was very shocked and disappointed in this store?s policy. They did not even remove the stick just the incorrect sign over it. Well this is my 2nd day in the UK ?? and already seeing a big difference in costumer service.

I went to the tk Max with my mum they refused her to get a refund even though the items were legible the staff was rude and we got kicked out and the staff were racist towards us even though we shopped there for 7 years, multiple instances like this have happened the store manager can?t do her job and neither can the security and they wouldn?t even give us a apology even when they was in the wrong I saw whole thing and they said they were kicking us out because we were rude to staff even though we wasn?t and when I asked for camera footage to prove that they would either ignore me or walk away I am in disbelief the way they treated my mum and I would not recommend to shop there and just overall avoiding the place do not there.

Today the 3rd of march we had to return a few items that I bought a few days ago and I also bought so pairs of pyjamas there since I live in Dartford I refunded them here because they didn?t fit me and the store manager of tk max refused to refund me since I am pregnant and I wasn?t feeling well I asked if this could hurry as they told me it would take 30 minutes for a refund they made me waste my time to then tell me they couldn?t do it when everything was perfectly fine and I had 30 days to return and I bought the items around 4 days ago I had to argue to get the refund and they still refused and they were extremely rude and unprofessional I asked for a apology And they didn?t give me any I had to go to Bexley heath to try there and they gave me the refund in under 5 minutes and had they told me that the staff in Dartford probably were making up excuses to not refund me and that every item was elegible for a refund and it didn?t happen for the first time it happen for the first time incidents like this have happened before and it?s because the manager can?t do her job and the security Andre was even worse than the manager I?m extremely shocked and I wouldn?t recommend anyone to go there and they also bully people and are racists towards some individuals the only way for these staff members for them to understand is by going in court because they are very rude, dishonest and frankly don?t even act like human beings. I would not recommend Dartford for any reason.
