“Amazing help from Victor at Vique tyres. Today our Chipper tyre went. Victor pulled over helped us pull it to one side and promised he could help us as he runs a tyre supplying firm. “Been here for a front tyres change of my car. Visited on a Saturday and booked for the following week. Rob at the desk has been super helpful in finding the right tyres and booked me in with no issues. Unfortunately I had to reschedule it but the tram at ATS has been fantastic and accommodated my request, via email, with no issues at all.In the day I was late to pick up the car, I thought the closing time was 5.30pm, but the guy waited for me till 5.10 to hand over the keys and this was with a smile.Cannot fault this place for customer service and the actual service provided to the car.Thanks!”

“Needed a quick replacement tyre for a BMW i4 fitted and the tyre is not the easiest to find. I found this branch of Halfords could have it replaced so ordered on a Wednesday afternoon for fitting within 24h. I was nervous the tyre wouldn’t turn up but it did! The replacement was needed urgently as we were due to take the car to Yorkshire the next day and the tyre had quite a deep cut in the sidewall!

We popped down to have it swapped out and were greeted by a friendly chap who I had a good chat with about cars, specifically old BMWs! Lovely service and a relief the work was completed to an excellent standard. Thanks!”
