Terrible service. This Timpson?s overcharges when they can?t be bothered to help. To very generic door keys for £24. I went elsewhere and got three for £10. Take your business elsewhere.

I went to Timpson Crayford to have my car key fixed. It was already checked somewhere else by other auto locksmith but they said it's been damaged severely that it can't be fixed. It got washed in the washing machine for 2 hours! I wasn?t really expecting much when I brought it to Timpson Crayford, but lo and behold...it's fixed! It saved me a lot of money to get a new one.

I popped into Timpsons just before closing and was helped by a lovely gentleman named Andy. He was quick, efficient, and really helpful with replacing the battery in my car park key fob. Great service with a friendly attitude. Much appreciated!

Used to be great with reasonable prices. Went to have a watch battery changed and quoted over £38. Went to Bexleyheath Broadway and done for £6.

Crayford branch; good service here from Michael, he is efficient, helpful and polite. Special order keys seemed to take longer than was stated but that?s not Timpson?s fault.

Visited a few times for various bits. Most recently for a key that had not been quite cut correctly by them. The chap sorted it with a new thinner key. I also needed a small watch battery which he gave to me for the inconvenience of having to return for the key. Always good service.

Visited this site whilst the person working in the store was on his break. I couldn?t believe it when he came off his break early to help me as my son had lost his keys and I had spent 3 hours trying to find them on the street.
