I went to see if my watch could be sent away because it's a divers type I was greeted by a lovely guy who told me that he was able to do this in store and gave me the choice of battery / warranty available I went for the lifetime warranty more expensive but just makes sense. I went back to collect approx 1h later to be presented with my watch now in perfect working order and having the warranty fully explained a truly excellent experience from a professional company and gentleman would give 10 stars for the service I received great old school service.

Would definitely recommend Timpson shop in Dartford Priory Centre.?
First pair of suede knee high boots done & as i collected, i dropped off my leather pair of knee high boots which were worse. I tried to fix the front that was coming loose with my glue gun, both looked roughed up at the front & had holes underneath letting in water. Also needed to be taken up at the front was suggested.
Now perfectly fixed & look new again.

It is not my first time buying in this store. They have always treated us with kindness and education. This day my husband tried to print some photos and the man who was serving us (it is the first time I have seen him in this store) was not friendly at all.

Absolutely rude arrogant staff. Indian guy who thinks he is a super model. Extremely unhelpful with no patience whatsoever. Asked him a few questions I had before purchasing something, he rolled his eyes like he could not be bothered Also with a half and a puff like it was something difficult to answer. I only came to this place once but for sure I will never come back .
Customers are allowed to ask questions before they purchase. It's valid information before purchase. Learn how to be patient and answer questions before rolling your eyes like it's so hard to reply .
