car park in shopping centre absolutely diabolical tells says you not paid when you have .barrier constantly going wrong .was stuck for 15 minutes. Park else where.also security are useless

I absolutely love this shopping centre, it is always clean and I really enjoy the events they hold.Dartford is a great place to hang out in general but I really like how this shopping centre takes the effort to keeping it clean, tidy, have a variety of shops and stalls. We really enjoyed the crafts stalls event.

First time shopping at Dartford. Interesting selection of shops. There was a gang of 12 year olds riding adult sized bikes around the shopping centre. Security were useless. The kids were aggressive and I appreciate not much could be done but Police should have been called. My daughter wanted to leave and did not feel safe.
