Visited this store with a list of male fragrances and a load of questions which were all answered by a lovely woman called Kelly. She knew her stuff. Pleasantly surprised. Will be returning to this store to purchase the aftershaves i like. Thanks ??

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. The staff were very stereotypical in their behavior, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect respect and professionalism, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope the team improves their attitude and customer service, as it greatly impacts the overall experience.

I was doing some Christmas shopping and I was struggling for what perfume is best and one of the staff members helped me so much, her name was Siena i found she is a great asset to the team and she was very knowledgeable about perfumes, she was lovely and welcoming.
She also done a brilliant job at wrapping my gift and I also like how you can personalise what you wanted your ribbon to say.

I had such amazing service today in the Bluewater perfume shop, I had to leave a review for Elizabeth.
I wanted a new perfume but didn't want to stick to my usual. Elizabeth was on hand to give me lots of advise and samples.
She was so friendly and bubbly and didn't make me feel like a nuisance at all.
I ended up with a great new perfume and had a little laugh with her throughout the process.

We had an amazing experience here. Bought something for somebody's birthday. Hamiddah was amazing with every she said and helped us with and we walked away very happy customers. She was extremely informative and insightful of all deals available.

I always going to grab perfumes but no one listening carefully it means no importance for customers.?
But today I went to grab some perfumes to gift someone and there is one lady the name is Kelly S. she is amazing and she suggested lots of things and we bought 2 perfumes & 2 gifts for my newly married sister in law.

Crooks. The cancelled my order without even notifying me which was placed on Dec 1st. O have to chas me them up multiple times after money leaves my account on 4th Dec. Now on 17th Dec and I have still not been refunded and contacted they tell me a ?hold? was placed on the money and it didn?t leave my account!? IM LOOKING AT THE STATEMENT AND IT DID LEAVE MY ACCOUNT. My bank also confirm it left my account. Utterly useless company. Now having to flag the transaction as fraud to get my refund. Don?t use this lot that are useless. Will NEVER shop with you again.
