I ordered a pint of coke upon arriving at The Flying Boat Dartford. 50 minutes after my order I assumed it had been lost so I made my way to the bar where I was met with a man with no hair. I explained the situation to which I was met with the reply of ?sit back down and wait like the rest of the restaurant you prick?. I have never felt so insulted in my life. This was a few weeks ago but I?ve only just felt comfortable enough to write this review. I suffer with severe mental health issues and this comment made me go home and consider my life. I hope this man meets his match and is made to feel the way I did that nightRegardsCarington Blake

UNACCEPTABLE, I recently visited the flying boat in Dartford and had a pretty traumatic experience. The manager who I can only describe as bald and quite frankly very rude, even used profanity towards us leaving us in a state of distress. It made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. I think it's important for them to know how their customers are being treated. Thanks for your attention to this matter we will not be returning until this matter is resolved!!!!!

One of our meals was brought over by the manager of the flying boat. Upon reaching our table the manager of the restaurant gave us what i can only describe as the most appalling thing i have ever heard come out of any employees mouth.He used the words ?dumb cunts? as we had turned the tables to accommodate our large group. When questioned about his choice of words he then offered to fight one of the members of our table.When speaking to other members of staff it was made apparent that this was not the first time he had spoken to customers like this. I will never be returning to another weatherspoons again in my life and i urge others to avoid this weatherspoons at all costs

I liked it. Typical Weatherspoons and reasonable prices. It's a huge place, and we like coming early to beat the crowd although usually it's possible to find a table. Recommended if you are in the area.Vegetarian options: It's ok. Possible to find vegetarian options to enjoy a full meal.Parking: Parked at the pay and display outside of Sainsburys.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. It's a big place.

Large group of us. Staff really good, efficient and friendly. Only usual WS 3 ales plus 2 guest citrus ales. All had curries.

It is a Wetherspoons - so you know what you're getting - it is a HUGE pub - and was a bit noisy .... but food is cheap and filling .. drinks are cheap and good ... when we are in Dartford we always go.
