Had to stand a wait to be seated and people were queuing as no one at desk. When front desk staff member arrived was very rude and obnoxious. Food was average. Won't rush back anytime

came here on friday night just gone, my reservation was at 8pm. i told my waiter i had an allergy and they had a manager come over to talk to me about what i can and can?t eat and how it works there, i?ve never had that happen before, it was amazing and he was lovely, best service i?ve ever had due to my allergy, he even brought my food over and watched over it to make sure it didn?t get contaminated. please give the manager that spoke to me a raise he definitely deserves it.

went here a few days ago, hoping for a nice dinner. I ordered a burger it was okay not the best! but they forgot to add my sweet potato fries only gave it after i told them, it was burnt to the core ? The chicken i ordered was drenched with sauce which was okay but it was tooo sweet!! my friends ordered a light lunch which was the ?fridays sesame chicken strips? . overall we did not enjoy our meals due to food but our server was so sweet bless him!

Shocking! service was slow, food was late and we were told the pasta was not available and had to order something else, only for the pasta to show up! Meaning we were now paying for an extra meal we did not want. Spoke to the manager who then was not interested in taking the extra meal off the bill. Well he said we had to pay for it unless he took it away. Shocking attitude, rude, and condescending. Will not be back. My friends food was also terrible, dry, and tasteless. All round miserable experience, and you are paying a premium for this!!!

Cocktails ok. Starters good. However flavourless festive combo mains, I informed the waiter at the end of the meal. Who asked if I wanted to inform the manager I said yes even though this was not my intention. Brandon rude and arrogant is all I can say. Choosing to continually argue with me in front of a number of other tables as i left when I told him about his arrogance. Rather than accept my complaint he continued to argue to impress the waitresses, disgusting customer service! Before leaving I requested another manager who was helpful and said he would report the complaint.

This place is huge, food is good and portions are generous. The number of seating available is amazing as it is so big. Downsides are the toilets there two small and there were issues with men's and women's, ended up going to the outside Bluewater toilets as they were cleaner and you could lock the doors. Kids eat free if you are a member of their rewards programme. Service was really good and did came very quickly and didn't feel rushed?came with the kids so for them food was good but this is on par for a chain restaurant you can probably get better eating locally but this caters for large numbers.

We came here as a family for my daughter?s birthday. We were served by a lovely lady called Sophie. She gave great service, from the smile on her face to making sure we were comfortable. The food was fine but her service and gentle and caring approach towards us and our children made our dinner out a positive experience with TGI?s.Thank you Sophie! X

Waited over 15 minutes to order drinks and food. No cultery on table. Very slow service. Ordered refillable soft drinks, not refilled once or even asked. Definitely wont be back here , last time we came waited for 20 minutes to beserved walked out, as nonone came to take drinks or food order.

Food was pretty good, we all had ribs of different sauce options and all were tasty. The corn-on-cob was awful but didn't really care about that. Service was extremely friendly.I'd give the place 5 stars but I have taken TWO off because the only ketchup option was Heinz's appalling, inedible, low-sugar-low-salt abomination. So I had to have my fries sans-ketchup. This may seem pedantic but ketchup is a key part of the chips or fries experience for me and I had to go without. And it just seemed like a cruel joke for a place with a menu like this to try to foist on us a low-calorie ketchup. Please change this!

Started out great but service was slow. Our order was taken but only for drinks and starters before the waitress left the table. Eventually were asked to see desert menu and said we would like to order mains. Ordered but took a fair while to arrive, burgers were dry and seemed like they had been left a while before being brought out. Probably just a busy period but wasn't great and didn't feel it was worth the money.

Thank you to our waiter Martin for looking after us! At first we ordered lemonades but I don?t know if it was just us or the syrup ran out but it wasn?t for us. He happily grabbed us cokes instead and still had a big smile on his face. He was happy and cheery the whole time and made our visit worthwhile. Thanks Martin!

Out with family at the Bluewater restaurant. Lois was very quick to serve us, polite and friendly. Food was lovely and a good price.
