Absolutely disappointing?. It?s 11:30 and the staff has closed the store already. Same happened on Christmas night when they closed 15 minutes early. Banged so bad on the door and the guy from inside the shop looked at me but still decided to totally ignore me. This issue needs to be sorted out.

Fresh food, friendly staff, my only issue is there needs to be separate payment tills for fuel. When customers are shopping it holds up the tills and when j just want to buy fuel with cash, I'm sometimes waiting quite a long time.

The guys who work here are amazingly miserable, rude, impolite and ignorant. I always say good morning just to be totally ignored. The ladies who work their are always a pleasure to talk to. There are other places to shop in the area for convenience and other places to buy fuel, go to those places rather then this place!

Why it is so hard to get help at self checkout. I only need to cancel one of the item which misscaned and the person on the till keep telling me you need to pay for it even did not listen what I said. If I do not want to pay for it, why am I come to the till and ask staff to check and help.Not even deserve one star.

My recent visit to Tesco Express was far from satisfactory due to a significant issue with the Club Points system. The self-service kiosk, responsible for scanning Club Points, was malfunctioning, and the repercussions of this technical glitch were both inconvenient and disappointing.Upon realizing that my Club Points were not reflected in the printed bill, I promptly sought assistance from the staff on duty. Despite my polite request, the staff seemed ill-equipped to address the issue. Not only were they unable to rectify the problem, but they also seemed unfamiliar with the process of manually adding the Club Points discount.I hope that my feedback is taken constructively, and improvements are made to ensure a more seamless experience for customers who rely on Tesco Express and its Club Points system.

The staff are lovely 10/10. The disabled parking place is a problem though. There are either shop trolleys in there or cars with no disabled badges in view. Some are there for hours. Maybe staff cars? Not good!

This store is great for location and stock levels are high, however, the staff I feel lack any customer service skills ie a please and thank you or even a smile. At approximately18.30 yesterday, I was disgusted to watch the lady whom I assume to be the security guard standing idlly looking at her nails and spitting onto the forecourt. I felt disgusted and appalled by this behaviour especially due to the current pandemic that we find ourselves in.

Staff do not communicate with customers. I have been served in this Tesco garage numerous times and I would say 95% of the time the staff have not said one word when serving me. Tonight, villapallrum (unsure on the spelling of this name) did not look at me nor did he say one word to me when serving me. This is just the way that they work in this Tesco and it's disgusting.
