Never anyone on the till
You have to stand there and wait while they finish their conversation on the shop floor and then they will eventually come over and serve you.

Have shopped here for years however, in the last few months every time I?ve gone in there the security guard follows me around like a vulture.
Turned around and asked him if he was alright and wanted to carry my basket, never experienced anything like it. What?s his problem, raised it was the store manager who couldn't care less, no apologies. Think I?ll just stick to the coop around the corner in future.

On Monday 14/04/2025, the duty or store manager (Collins) almost endangered the customers and staff in the store by almost aggravating a situation with a customer he claimed attempted to steal sometime ago and he said he verbally banned the customer. This customer came to shop with his group of friends and Collins was openly harassing him, but the customer paid for his items. I tried to intervene to keep everyone safe but Collins didn't care about my safety advice. He said it has nothing to do with me.

Ashley brown the store manager who a complete bellend.
Rudely came up and told me to leave store or i will be banned with no signs indicating that i cant bring a cat in the store specially when I had a clean cat bag.
Got Security to try remove me when he couldn't show me signs off proof on the building or papers.
I also done all my shopping and was ready to pay for the items.
Asda and sainsbury are much better anyways so stick your card up, where it don't shine ?

Great products, organised the staff are friendly and they will be ready to help you whenever you need it. They always have reasonable amount of staff around the store so that the store is run effectively at all times.

Been there twice at 1030pm and the door is locked. The staff were there and looked at me but the doors remained locked whilst they were chatting. I can understand shutting early but 30 mins early?. Luckily there is a little shop down the hill with friendly service and prices are quite competitive.

Good little convenient store. Great for a few items if you don't want to go to a big store.

Standards have dropped recently. Tons of stuff not in the shop. One of the shelves was almost empty! Stuff I talked about in the old review has not been improved. Still only one person at the tills and always out of french stick. This along side other things like the shop being too small of all the things it sells and one of the trolleys a employee was using was once left by one of the shelves making it hard to get things on that shelve. Go to the Co-Op instead. It's way better and, due to inflation, the prices at Tesco are not that much better then Co-Op.
