If I could give 0 stars I would, Taco Bell is one of my favourite fast foods until I came across Croydon.
The people who work there clearly hate their job as well as their customers, the way they present the food is disrespectful and they do not follow allergens or requests.
Food takes twice as long as they say it will, this place needs shutting down.
I have an allergy so asked to not have tomatoes in my food, food arrives with tomatoes, freezing, no sauce, completely spilt and can see they have just thrown a tiny bit of food in - disgusted
I am ashamed to say this is the second time I ordered the same thing and it happened both times (I wanted to give benefit of the doubt due to it being my favourite) but never will I order from Croydon again nor would I recommend anyone else to

Probably one of my Favourite place to visit for brunch. The staff is very helpful and polite. Must visit. ? The food is also very Delicious.

I used to like Taco Bell and I used to like the manager that he?s been working there for ages, but he is so rude. I knew him when he was just a little employee. He needs to remember where he came from yesterday he didn?t wanna change my cinnamon twist into the churros what I was meant to order telling me about all that they?re gonna have to throw the cinnamon twist away and he did me dirty yeah I wanted to throw food on the floor but instead I just left it on the table And he had a little security guard follow me to till to complain . He didn?t need his backup dancer Help he is rude!! Anyway, I just let it go because I?m atm Things are going too well in my life to even go back-and-forth about some bloody churros but his still rude !! trying to back him up like you didn?t need to have security guard to follow him, but he?s lucky I wasn?t feelinng to turn up in three and I?m not ignorant and black nor am. I broke . Because I could?ve turned into a tyrant

Visited in person yesterday for the first time and was absolutely shocked by the cross contamination. I had to tell the staff off as I witnessed the lady clean the surface with the cleaning cloth wearing gloves and after touching the cleaning cloth she used the same gloves to handle the food. I had to tell her to change her gloves and put the food in the bin and had to stand and watch her manager make my daughters burrito from scratch. The staff in here are wearing the same gloves to clean and handle food so cleaning products and filth is being mixed up in our foods. It's dangerous and the staff need to all be retrained on health and safety. The toilet was also very filthy had to ask for the key for the other toilet to be unlocked. No effort made in making the food. The hot food press on the burrito was literally about 10secs or less each side the food was tasty but very cold considering it was made infront of my face. You need new staff in this branch that actually care about the way they are representing the Taco Bell brand. No effort whatsoever put into the quality of the food.

Ordered the new ranch burrito ? wrap and it was basically lettuce compared to the crispy chicken burrito
Horrible not worth the money and felt like I was eating lettuce with dressing
