The reviews are all true this is the worst subway in the uk here are some reasons why they do not accept your subway card here because they don?t want to give you the offers or allow you to get the points! Secondly they make you pay before you order which no other subway do, and this is because you wouldn?t pay for what they make you after?.

Absolutely dreadful service. Staff member horrible attitude, almost made it out as if it was my fault that the scanner wasn't working (to scan the Subway app and get the discount), then he literally refused to speak, turned around and left. This man should not be working here or any customer facing job. 16 January 09:25am. Older looking chap. Not coming back to this Subway.

I hate to leave negative reviews but this subway was absolutely appalling, didn't ask me or my mum what toppings we wanted we had to force the toppings that come with every standard sub and on top that he was rude. We asked for refund and he refused stating we should complain to subway and leave a negative review. As s someone who has worked in Hospitality it's the first I have ever had a worker say something like that.

Older geaser that?s been working there for years is rude and tries to make you feel like an inconvenience for wanting food from there.To add to this he was rationing the ingredients like the Germans are still flying overhead and half the sub was empty.Crazy to see how one bad employee can ruin a franchise as all the reviews say the same thing .

I?ve had Subway many times and had a great experience, but this particular Subway, in Crayford, was appalling. The service was terrible, the man who served me was dismissive, didn?t listen to my order (I had to repeat everything multiple times) and made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was the only customer in there. To top it all off coughed all over my food before he wrapped it. The whole place looked disgusting, nothing looked clean. Do not go to this Subway.

Just went into subway for my lunch - there was no customers in there and one member of staff on his mobile phone - seeming to help a friend or relative with directions (she was sitting in the store). The only member of staff in the shop didn?t stop what he was doing a tend to the only customer - he ignored me, continued speaking in his own language on the phone and with the woman in the store. Needless to say, I left.
