Seems new people running the store, far too many staff behind the counter all tripping over each other, used the subway app to order but apparently their printer didn't work! Poor just eat driver had been waiting 50mins for an order to be fulfilled! Very bad service

Everyone here is incredibly welcoming, i take a train to dartford often and i look forward to coming to this specific subway. They never fail to make your day, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is very home like and it's somewhere i would like to work if i didn't live so far. Very pleased with my experiences.

I ordered 6in meal without onions because I'm allergic to it. Guest what they delivered my food with onions. I tried calling them but no joy.

Food was rock hard, there is toasted then there is solid rock hard roll. Not a lot of chicken and something that looked like a pepper but was like tough skin. Sadly disappointed

Possibly the worse Subway I've visited, Long wait due to making uber deliveries, but actual Veggie delite was laughable, sprinkling of salad, Avoid this place.

So overpriced for what you get. Taste is ok, nothing special, I'd be surprised if this place was still in business next year. £6 for a 6" baguette is appalling.
McDonalds charge £2.29 for their double cheese and that's about right. £6 for a baguette with very little filling,it's awful.

Have always been very stingy with the salad, I have ordered from them and I always get hardly any salad in the box.

Absolute disgrace of a place. Terrible service by one of the workers (took 10+ minutes to make the sub and then burned it) and then what I can only assume was an angry relative started screaming and shouting at me saying I couldn?t get a refund and I had wasted their food. I think she thinks she?s the manager but doesn?t dress or act accordingly. I?ve never been spoken to in such an aggressive manner before. The place was full of smoke after they burnt my sub and then they were looking at me whispering whilst doing another one. I?d given this restaurant another chance because I was on my break and didn?t have time to go the better one in town, but will never make the same mistake again. Always have problems in here and now it?s escalated to rubbish food AND abuse. Avoid this place at all costs. I imagine their CCTV footage will unexpectedly go missing now that I?ve asked for it to be viewed by head office.

Ordered lunch from here via Uber Eats. The order took 1.5 hours to arrive. When the food arrived, it was stone cold. The driver also told me he waited over an hour to get the order. There was no notification to tell me the driver had other deliveries or stops on the way. When I called the store to complain, they were very unprofessional. Asked me whether the food was cold in temperature or frozen? A ridiculous question to ask. They had no explanation and did not have a clue on how to deal with the complaint. Therefore,
I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for some time. When I was eventually put on to the manager, she just said hello with an attitude. She didn?t introduce herself with her name or say ?I?m the manager speaking?. So unprofessional! She told me she couldn?t give me a refund but could offer two free subs but asked what day I could come to collect as they didn?t want the owner to know. She said she would be in big trouble if the owner found out - absolutely diabolical and a disgrace. Would never order or go here again based on that!! Zero stars
