The online booking process is fast and easy to do. First time at the Dartford branch and I am very satisfied with the service. Very friendly staff who take time to explain the steps to be followed. Optician/Optometrist was very patient and explained alot about my vision. Collection of my glasses was a smooth process. Thank you to the entire team

They are absolutely ridiculous in this shop staff are rude and lie to u and keep u nearly 1hr after your appointment time b4 u see the optician and the excuse they give was a lie said he was seeing a customer yet came down the stairs and said sorry was at lunch then when told he just says things happens don't use these go somewhere else in future

Order 2 pairs of glasses. One pair of glasses, one pair of sunglasses. Glasses arrived as per 2 weeks. Was told there was a problem with the lenses of the sunglasses, they would take another week. Rang after a week, was told lab was sorting it should be in soon they would ring. No phone call,so rang them. This is now five weeks after first ordered and was told the lab was waiting for the lenses. Although the staff were polite this seems to be two different stories.
Front line customer service was ok but not sure about the service package of service.

Just awful. The staff give out different information, have hidden costs, upsell expensive options, and even blame the specsavers system for not allowing refunds even when they charged extra by mistake! When I escalated this, the manager Amanda tries to shut me down by making up new rules and implying I'm lying! I feel completely conned by this store.
All this talk about their franchise being owned by the locals, but specsavers have no governance around local owners quality of service. Absolutely will not use their services again.

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers! The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process really smooth. I got two pairs of glasses thanks to their great offers, and the selection was fantastic. The eye test was thorough, and I felt really well looked after. Highly recommend for both service and value!
