“I went to see if my watch could be sent away because it's a divers type I was greeted by a lovely guy who told me that he was able to do this in store and gave me the choice of battery / warranty available I went for the lifetime warranty more expensive but just makes sense. I went back to collect approx 1h later to be presented with my watch now in perfect working order and having the warranty fully explained a truly excellent experience from a professional company and gentleman would give 10 stars for the service I received great old school service.”
