I arrived to use the Amazon locker on site and there was no power and unable to pick up my parcel. Asked the staff inside who were extremely dismissive. Even though I was asking if an engineer was called etc. ?Told not my problem, get out?

I use this garage regularly for petrol, I pay at the pump from the app on my phone.I normally don?t need to have contact with staff who on occasion I?ve found very rude.After paying at the pump I popped into the shop to buy a new phone charger, I wasn?t sure if I had bought the right thing or not. Although the lady behind the counter was helpful she wasn?t sure either!I opened the package whilst sitting in my car at the pump and discovered I had bought the wrong thing. I put everything back in the package as it was (there was a tiny tear on the corner of the box)I said to the lady behind the counter I had unfortunately bought the wrong thing and could I exchange for the right charger. She called the manager and before he even looked at the package refused me an exchange, he said I must have broken the seal on the box which actually there was no seal.The manager then looked at the box and said he couldn?t exchange as there was a tear on the box. The pair of them then debated on whether to exchange, the result ending on refusing to exchange for the correct item.I had no choice but to buy another charger from them as I was travelling a distance with no time to spare to go elsewhere to buy another, this box also had no seal on it.I have been a customer to this garage for 20 years and I am absolutely disgusted with the rude and dissatisfied customer service I received this morning.

I am disabled. I have been trying to ring the station to find out if the air machine was working and whether it took tokens. This morning I eventually got through to a gentleman who proceeded to disconnected the phone in what would have been a 20 second conversation. Ten minutes, later around midday, I visited the station which was empty and had two members of staff present - I politely and courteously challenged him on why he put the phone down on me. Again his manner was rude and he kept walking away from me saying 'I am busy', 'I am busy' - there was at no point an apology offered - 'sorry about that, I was really busy' - that would have sufficed. He kept justifying his, what I consider, inappropriate actions. Unacceptable - I have lodged a complaint with Shell.

Run out of fuel about half a mile walk back to garage and gentleman called Thusha was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Don?t normally write reviews but he deserves a special mention thank you .
