Recently this station has fitted some kind of doorbell feature that rings out at 80+ dB as well as automated advertising whenever someone lifts a pump nozzle.
As this is a 24hour station, this often happens in the small hours of the morning. Add to that the frequent cargo drops and tanker repleniment at unsociable hours, and the general antisocial behaviour that generally happens late at night and or on weekends, in a residential area (or at least directly across the road from) and the flippant, dismissive and sometimes downright rude attitude from certain staff members, leads me to post this review. If someone from Shell area management could please get in touch to discuss this soon with hopes for resolution that would be wonderful, else ill go down the police and MP routs. Thanks.

very unprofessional staff their..seems like they are doing you a favour..went there to drop my amazon return the lady named shivani first said the amazon system doesnt work after 9 basically she was lying because she was too lazy to take the return..she started arguing and shouting at me..
also the manager Hazani started shouting saying they can do whatever they want.very bad customer service avoid

Went to get petrol and to return 2 Amazon packages. A lady charged me for petrol and sent me to another till not operated by anyone whilst she cleared the queue on till one (3 customers). She forgot about me so when she saw me she was like ohh. Came over pulled up the black Amazon bag and layer it down, looked at me and said: ?if the package doesn?t fit you?ll need a new one m? and walked away to serve on till one. I packed my package in the bag which fit perfectly and waited. She cleared another queue on till one (4 customers), looked out the window, looked at her nails, looked around and finally saw me surprised again because she forgot about me (again). Finally started the return process. No apology. No words really. Very poor service. Zero customer service skill. Clearly fed up with her job. Why are other customers prioritised over me? Why do I have to wait until 7 other customers are served before me? I?d enjoy speaking to Amazon locker more than visiting Shell station.

Person behind the till was distracted talking to their colleague rather than serving the customers standing in front of them, with such expensive prices you would at least expect good service but instead I was met with miserable faces who were not welcoming. Not to mention the smell and general hygiene of the shop was not great either.

Worst customer service every time whenever I go in the morning. There is one Sri Lankan guy working there every time when I go for washing my car. The machine is working but when I go inside to buy the voucher this guy comes with an excuse that it?s out of order, even after the machine is working, if you guys don?t want to allow other people to wash the car what is the point of making a petrol station or better replace a good staff who keeps customer service happy

Just had the worst customer service here from two men working there. Extremely rude, please avoid avoid avoid. After the argument, they kept staring at me like serial killers. Horrific and incompetent.

Indian guy at night would not activate the fuel pump because I had to turn my vehicle when it was empty there at 3am as the other fuel pump for large vehicles was broken. So I left the garage as apparently the orientation of the Vehicle matters. Put a sign up if its not allowed. Pathetic.
