14.9.25 825 am I was unable to buy anything without giving my post code - the member of staff treated me like an inconvenience to their day and when I asked for product help she tutted at me, and said she couldn?t help. I left the shop without buying the brackets - I felt unwelcome as a customer. So I ordered them elsewhere online.

Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch!
I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair!
However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn?t wouldn?t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn?t have been told this.

What can I say I went they to pick up 6 tin off decking paint that my wife had ordered when I got they they had a deal on fence paint the man that serviced me I think he was the manager 10 out of 10 he refund me on the 1st order and sold me 3tin on the special offer with no problems at all what a top man could not recommend enough real good service ??????????

Visited here today at 7am and found the woman behind the till to be quite rude and abrupt.a man came in to place an order and she firmly said "You need to order it on the tablet we cant be doing it all the time". It was 7am and there was no 1 in the store she could have quite easily helped the man or said it politely and offered assistance, when I turned up to collect my order she said you need to do it over there, luckily it was simple to do but she could of explained it as I'm a new customer and had not done this before, over all poor customer service.
