Members of staff at this facility are vile picking on a vulnerable volunteer, Horrible customer services and smelly shop. If this continues, I will be taking it higher to head office actually in fact I will be doing that now.

WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS IN THIS BRANCH. WE BUY AND DONATE.. THIS MORNING, IN DISGUST, I WAS ACCUSED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP OF "STEALING A DOG ORNAMENT".
I WANT AN APOLOGY AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO REPORTED THIS FALSE ACCUSATION TO BE BROUGHT TO BOOK.
YOU HAVE LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER.
