Dissapointed. Won a £25 voucher at a DL quiz but due to Christmas and Covid I wasnt able to use, I phoned a couple of days after expiry date and was told no, too late. I know its my error but as a regular and recommending two friends that now go I feel they could have made an allowance. I also did pop in beginning of Dec to make an appointment but the dates I could do, they couldnt. I did have my hair booked in which was over £100 and was booking a pedicure but not bothering with either now amd prob wont return. Jan is quiet as well so you would think they would have made an an exception.

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and I love the layout and decor. It's cosy and friendly and you're made to feel very welcome. I showed Libby a picture of the colour I was hoping for and I think it's the first time I've got exactly the colour in the picture! She is fantastic! Had such a lovely experience at this salon. The moment you step in the door you feel welcome and at ease. They constantly check if you're OK or need any refreshments. I had the lovely Alex cut my hair and she kept me informed of how she was doing my cut and was happy to make alterations as I wished. Would definitely recommend and will be going back in the future.

I booked an appointment at salon 167 as I had been feeling a bit down and needed a nice pick me up for the new year. I had a complete new look. I went from boring natural brown with a really old grown out blonde balyage to gorgeous bright copper red and a peachy colour called sunset peach. I absolutely love it! Every time I look in the mirror I love it even more. Not only do I love my hair but the service was brilliant.Libby was so kind and thorough. She explained everything to me clearly and listened carefully to what I was after and suggested what she also thought would suit me. We worked together to make my hair look beautiful and me feel amazing. I loved the little posh tea trays with cute little trinkets with popcorn snacks and I was constantly topped up with gooddies from the other friendly staff.I loved that my hair was coloured in an area with no mirror as I always feel self conscious when everyone walks past and I look like an egg head with colour on my head. Lol.Oh and the chairs I sat on massaged my back while I had my hair washed and a relaxing head massage! Felt like I had a real pamper session.Thank you so much Libby and all the team at salon 167 you have really been brilliant and made me feel amazing when I felt rubbish before! ????I will definitely be returning and highly recommending this place to my friends and family. ??
