Absolute crap service; Wasn't allowed to walk around the shop with a £6.00 pack of pen's in case I stole them... Despite the fact I had over twenty pounds worth of other products in my hands... Bloody rude and where is the common sense in that...

i cannot fault the great customer service i recieved from the young lady who served me,but it?s a shame that this shop is ran by such poor management which ruins any positive aspect of my visit!! i would like to start by saying the managers behaviour is the main reason for my negative review.I have gone to this branch numerous times and seen the manager shouting at customers and kicking them out of the shop for no wrong doing! i would also like to add how i have also noticed the manager making snide comments at their employees,which i can see visibly makes them uncomfortable.I do not wish to return until there is some sort of change to management which makes the experience more welcoming and pleasant for customers.Save yourself the unpleasant experience and go elsewhere !

I am so disgusted with the Dartford store on how I was treated and to make it even worst it was the manager of the store that treated me so badly from the moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a cold stern voice I needed to do some printing I asked if this was possible and the reply was Yes! Send it over to that email address there. I proceeded to do this but when it came through it wasn?t an attachment which she replied I can?t print that it?s not attached you need to attach the document in a abrupt tone of voice, so I tried it again which it came through on the computer like the first time so once again the tone of voice from the lady saying I can?t print this you are not listening it needs to be attached! I spoke up and asked her please not to speak to me like that it is very degrading could she possible not help me instead of being rude which she did not like this I got told to go elsewhere I asked for her name she pulled her badge up said yeah it?s Ursula and I?m the manager now get of my shop I have never experienced anything like this before and don?t worry because I will take my services elsewhere no one should have to tolerate that behaviour

I used 2 work for the company but now I'm just a customer but I'd like a massive praise to go out to both Ursula the manager and susan her deputy for the wonderful job that they have both done for me I had a calendar made up just b4 xmas as a gift but didnt realise that some of the months were wrong both ladys have gone above and beyond to help me get not just one of the calendars sorted but both I hope both these lovely ladys get to see thos comment as well xxxx
