Waited to pay between 5-10 minutes because 3 staff members on the upstairs level were chatting next to a mirror. Went to speak to a manager about it and one of the staff members (looks like a chunky Edna from The Incredibles) who was chatting approached me next to the manager started getting very abusive towards me. Manager told her to stay in the store until I?d left so she could go home. How could they let their staff talk to you like that, very very disgusting. Someone will say they?ll deal with it but everyday the staff are rude

Spent over £100 in this shop and had worse experience with some of the staff.Nowhere to seat down and get your feet up for a bit, but when I?ve found a place - was told off. Not going there ever again????

Wife managed to find a suitable white blouse which she has been looking for everywhere, so brilliant result. Also bought a lovely River Island black with beige flowers shirt for my two year old grandson, looks really trendy. Thank you River Island.
