Excellent experience of using Reed Rains Dartford for our sale and purchase. Tony and his team were great, always quick to respond and really felt my transactions were important to them. When we hit a bump in the road, Tony went above and beyond to help resolve the issue, I cannot fault him.

Called on the 15th of November to enquire about a property in Belvedere that had a Reeds and Rains placard out front. I was greeted by a huffy member of staff (she actually let out an exaggerated sighed on the phone) who informed me that the details would be posted by the end of the week. I noted that the sign had been up for over a week and a half and she said she knew that and that the details including price, photos, and description would be up on 'Friday, maybe Saturday'.She made no effort to get my name or number - a prospective buyer, nor did she suggest contacting the office back when it was listed.It sounded as if she was genuinely irked that someone had shown interest in the property - I can only assume she had received a number of calls about it. If this is the case perhaps it is wise to not put placards up 'For Sale' until the property has been listed online properly.It's put me off considering the company when I go to sell, firstly for the sheer attitude that she conveyed on the phone, andsecondly because at no point did she think to collect the details of a prospective buyer. To think I could miss out on offers because of the estate agent is unacceptable.In a property market that is stagnating you would think it prudent to make sure you're maximising the number of offers reaching the client and collecting their details

All of the staff are very good,with a special mention to Julia who sold my house she was with viewers who were looking at another house,but she showed them mine as well and they brought it.All of the staff Sue,Lee and Julia are very competent and professional.

If I could give a minus review I would? unfortunately in the experience I?ve had with this estate agent they are on your side until there is a bump in the process then they are quick to turn on you and become very sarcastic and condescending. I?m now without a home to move into.Avoid them! Unless you have everything in a perfect situation or else they could do the same to you!

I heard lot of bad things about estate agents. But thanks god, we got Reed rains as our estate agent for our first rental. They are just amazing. Awesome experience with lee & team while moving in and then Ruby took care of us through out the rental period. Ruby was just awesome. She was our instant support no matter how big or how small problem we had. Our move out experience was as good as move in. Anybody looking for an estate agent... please go for Reed rains dartford. They will give you premium experience.
