We recently rented a property from Property King Estate Agents - and I must confirm that their service was excellent and second to none - from start to finish !!We have dealt with other Estate Agents in the past , but I must confess Property King Estate Agent are much better.There is a gentleman called Sunny ( Staff member at Property King ) - he is a wonderful gentleman and very professional and listened to details throughout the process !ThanksPaul

Sunny provides temporary accommodation as well as runs an Air bnb.I had taken an accomodation with Sunny on temporary basis. He got all the paper work done and handled things very professionally. If I had any complaint with regard to the any facility in the apartment , Sunny would address it at the earliest. The apartment I rented was 1bd, furnished with all white goods, utensils for cooking as well. In short I rented a fully functional apartment.The location of the apartment is best suited as it is connected by bus(right outside the house).There is a nisa local right across the road, hair dresser,post office and fast food restaurant. .Tesco express is a 5 minute walk. High street is 15 minutes.The train station is 20 minutes walk.I would recommend this place to anyone coming in to Dartford and is waiting to find a permanent accommodation. For any one moving in to Dartford this is ideal.

Property King have been managing my property for the last 4 years. In these last 4 years they have only provided me with professional long term tenants who pay their rent on time or even before payment day!I?ve had previous estate agents who have let me down but Sonia in particular has been amazing! She is always keeping me update about the property and any works required she finds the best deal!

I visited the office last month and received a welcoming entrance from all the workers, especially Sonia and Money. It was useful to have chat to see what options are available and what I would be able to afford on my salary. Will definitely going back each time I consider a move.

I have enjoyed this tidy and lovely flat as a temporary accommodation over the past 2 months. The apartment was very clean, modern, equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Sunny is a great host and there when you need him. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. Thank you!

I have been renting a property through Property King since 2021. The entire team has been brilliant throughout the tenancy.I am due to move out of the flat in a few months but would highly recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.
