The girl named Adina , who served me did it without any interest, without the eye contact . While I was telling her the order she repeated the price and that was it!!! No hello no goodbye. It seems that the customers irritate her and she wants them to leave as soon as possible.

Carred two coffees to a table and one of the lids let go and I embarrassingly spilt it across the entire table, told the stuff and they we're so awesome made me a new hot drink on the house, cleaned up all the spillage and informed me not to worry about it, thank you guys for that

I went to pret a manger bluewater today with my mum

Overly hot, burnt coffee in both the flat white and latte we bought. At the price they charge, and the fact that the coffees pass through two pairs of hands before the customer, there is no excuse!

Food is standard, I had a chicken laksa soup and it was delicious. The cost was £18 for 3 drinks, a soup and a small pack of rice cakes which I think is high. There was absolutely no seating though so 4 adults stood whilst 3 children sat and ate.

i don?t write reviews ever & hate to be a karen , but honestly i think they need the feedback. i believe the manager served me, & she completely rushed me and cut me off at every time i requested something. moreover, the baristas look like they?d rather be anywhere else, even when i ask for something politely with a smile. please do get your customer service in check.
