Needed a part urgently today. The man behind counter was really knowledgable and helpful. Took time to explain what I needed, how to fit and found one in stock straight away. He was also very welcoming and great to deal with. The lady working there also very good and ran to get the part from stores quickly when the code was shared with her. Thank you

Came in and the man was just talking to his friend on the phone and I stood there waiting in an empty shop for 5 minutes while he talked about football etc.
