No cheese on my pizza Got it fixed two times and it was still bad now it?s even a bit of mould. I do not recommend. At least I?ve got a refund. And food poison.

Absolutely shocking service. Attended around midday for the buffet. Was ignored on arrival. When asked the young boy sitting by the entrance if we should seat ourselves was told ?duno ask someone else? so we sat ourselves ordered off the app. Drinks glasses wernt given until after we had finished our salad bowls which I had to ask the chef through the hatch if we can just start. Only one pizza and garlic bread at the buffet when we got up to eat. Paid for 3 buffets and had 3 slices of crap pizza

Pizza Hut service is generally efficient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. My family and I love the way they prepare their food. The quality remains reliable. It is the kind of place where you know exactly what you are getting. Our last visit to the one in Bluewater was in August 2019, as it was the choice for a casual meal with the family. Staff were attentive, and polite, the place was clean and tidy, the food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had a truly elevated experience.

Just to check either the taste i order pizza first and it was not at all worthy taste was ok and on which they served ?board? was dirty and used as a chopping board bcoz there was so many cuts like we use at home our chopping board?

Honestly not impressed. Me and my colleague work in Bluewater and thought we would head there on lunch break, at 2pm yesterday 23/6. The blonde lady who seated us was rude, from the get go. She claimed there was no way that we could order and pay through a til.. I know this is a lie and her refusing to be any help should have been enough for us to leave? Our phone service was playing up so ordering took 2x as long and we missed out on the blue light discount because it wouldn?t work through the online QR code. All because she was too lazy to press some buttons on a screen. NEVER, have I been to a restaurant before that claims there?s no way to pay other than QR code. What about the elderly? Or dead phone battery? It?s really just not acceptable. She was defensive and rude the entire time telling us we better find some wifi then? I was shocked.
Food was average, pasta hadn?t been replenished in a while and was nearly empty and lukewarm the entire time we were there.
Yeah not impressed. - anywhere else we have eaten usually in Bluewater they try to look after fellow BW colleagues. Shame the blonde lady ruined that :)

We arrive at 7:30pm seated soon.
We get in and place our orders fairly quickly as myself and partner love pizza, as soon as we do we hear another table asking where there food is, shortly after that we see another table just leave and say been waiting a while for our food don't worry about the money we have to go to our children, after an hour, we see our 2 pizzas sitting on the hot counter for at least 30 minutes, we had to ask was that our food, waiter/waitress braught 1 pizza over instantly, went back to the other and was talking for a few minutes holding the other pizza before bringing it (not about work!) We had to ask for cutlery as well.
This is now coming up to 9, we are eating our hotish food, still nice because it's pizza.
We hear another table ask for their food, we finish our food waiting for desert now.
As we are waiting another table is too and they said they have been waiting for an hour, apparently they lost their order.
Its 9:30, we felt bad there having a rough day so myself and my partner went up 3 times to the ice cream machine, giving them more time.
2 tables asked for their desert as they had been waiting a while.
9:50 there deserts came out, and the staff started cleaning, we were confused as we were waiting for our desert too, we had to ask for our desert too.
The desert came 10:10 ate it quickly and left
We missed our film at the cinema because if this, we had 2 and a half hours to eat but still missed our film. Disappointed.
Very lazy, no check ups if everything was okay, just left on our own.
This was not busy either.
