Find another place to buy pizza, this was a complete waste of my money, calories and time, I even asked for extras which they said they put but barely? even the dough was not nice or salty. After having the first slice I put it back into the oven at home? that?s how bad it was

A bunch of idiots work here. The driver was an hour late and I hear him knock on next door's door (made their dog bark) then he ran away and drove off in his car so of course my neighbours shut their door thinking it was a mistake. When I looked out my window, I see him pull back up and get my pizza out, when I opened my door to tell him he knocked on the wrong door, he started telling me I should've opened the door when he knocked because he had to move his car to let people past. I told him he knocked on 113 next door, Im 111, he said no I knocked on your door, I replied no you knocked next door because their dog barked and I dont have a dog. He then gave me attitude and left. So when I called the shop to complain about this driver, as soon as I asked for the manager they say "hello? Hello?" Down the phone as if they cant hear me. Then I call again, ask for the manager, and the guy says 'madam he is not here but let me call the driver because he has gone with your order". I said I dont need the driver because I have my order, I want the manager, this guy says "no let me call the driver to find out where he is". I hung up. Bunch of absolute morons who cant read door numbers or listen to clear instructions. Avoid!

Recent orders are getting significantly delayed. Most of the time over 1and half hours for delivery. It is a surprise they have no compensation process for delay orders. Funny thing is they charge £2.50 per delivery too.

I?ve been ordering from papa johns for years now and since I moved 7mins away from my previous address I?ve found the service and attitude of male staff on the phone terrible. On this occasion I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and it hadn?t arrived. When I called up to find out what happened the guy on the phone said the driver was just leaving and rudely added if ?I look out of the window I can see that there is a lot of traffic?. I said but I ordered over an hour ago and he said just look out of the window. He was so rude it?s put me completely off ordering again. Their pizzas are not even all that.
