Awful service. Been with o2 for over 20 years. Wanted advice on plan for kids first one. Person serving was more interest in look at his own phone than helping. Just said to by most expensive plan.Will be looking at other providers.EDITED TO ADD.Thanks for your reply but it does not help. I went to a store to speak to a person for advices.

Arrived today at 10.20AM and booked an appointment which I was told would be a 30 minute wait. I accepted, came back an hour and 10 minutes later as I heard nothing and the guy who served me was on break. The Manager of the store said I would need to re enter the waiting list as I could be lying and he couldn?t find my name. The other member of staff comes back 15 minutes later, finds my name (the name I gave the manager) and I was next on the list. To change my contract took a total of 2 hours 15 minutes with the Manager accusing me of lying. Only been with O2 for 20 years, the Manager was a disgrace. Raising his voice and getting aggressive. Without a doubt the worst experience I?ve ever had. Fortunate to still have a job.When leaving the store my 6 year old daughter said ?I thought he was going to hit you?. So I would like the area managers details please.

Shame there has to be 1 star! Had 02 switch up, went to the store 7 times to try to order a new phone, every time was told there was a 1-2 hour wait which is ridiculous. Not sure how many people have time to wait that long to speak to a member of staff. Anyway, once finally ordered 6 weeks later I get an email to say it?s arrived and to go and collect. Went at 11am on a Sunday to avoid the wait time, but after trying the guy said oh the systems not working, we will have to call you when it?s back up again and you can come back. It?s now been 10 days and heard nothing from them so went in to get a refund, having already got a PAC code from 02. Obviously I needed to join the waiting list for a refund!! During this wait I went to the new EE store, directly opposite 02. Within a minute I was talking to a really helpful, friendly guy and got the phone I wanted. As he was finishing setting up the phone for me I got a text from 02 saying it was my turn to speak to a member of staff. I was literally in the store for 1 minute getting the refund. The way the store is run is a joke, how hard would it have been for someone to do the refund without waiting that long, especially as she knew the reason I was cancelling it. To simply change a phone it took 8 visits with 02, but only 1?easy visit that meant I left the EE store with what I wanted within an hour. Don?t waste your time here

Bought a iphone 12 brand new for my sons birthday Opened it had a big green line down screen. They would not refund without sending me to apple store. Apple couldn't believe this!A hour later still waiting in apple store!Bexleyheath store would have never treated me like this!Don't use bluewater

ordered an apple watch, came in to collect and was approached by Tonny who was quite dismissive and rude, explained i was picking it up, without checking the stockroom or taking any details he immediately shut me down and told me to wait for an email, i had already shown him the confirmation which was on the website. after being turned down i walked out the store and double checked the confirmation, it stated i could of collected the watch the day before. i re-entered the store and approached cheryl and explained the prior conversation between myself and her colleague, she was extremely lovely and helped me, the item was in fact in the stock room which she picked up straight away, she was really helpful. i then asked Tonny why he told me it hadn?t arrived, he went onto to tell me that it wasn?t on his computer, he didn?t even bother to check in the first place.

I went into the O2 shop today and was looked after by a man called Tonny. He was very polite and very competent. O2 should feel proud to have him as a member of staff!

There are definitely not enough staff in this shop. Staff were not interested, bothered, or apologetic that there was no one to serve me at the till.

I went in a couple of times about a WiFi issue caused by phone customer service and saw Tony who was really lovely and helpful.Had to go back on Christmas Eve to further sort out the mess and saw Harry and Lucia. They were equally fantastic and really went above and beyond to sort out the mess caused by customer services.Despite customer services being incredibly difficult when I phoned while I was in the store and hanging up, both Harry and Lucia persevered until it was all sorted.I cannot rate the staff highly enough, they are all a real asset to the company and made me decide to stick with 02 after a terrible experience with the phone side of the company.Thank you so much guys, you?re awesome!

The staff in this store are incredibly helpful. Lucia and Harry were both amazing and so patient helping my mum with an issue with her mobile WiFi on Christmas Eve. I'm sure they'd have both much rather been at home but we're so glad they were in to help. Absolute credit to the organisation. Couldn't praise them highly enough, thank you so much to both of them.

Went to the shop to buy a new phone.Arrived at about 10:45, and was told to come back in an hour. An hour later was told again, come back in another hour.After nearly 3 hours finally got to talk to someone.He just gave us attitude, and was not helpfull at all.My wife asked a question and was told" Do you want me to do this or answer your question.I don't multi-task"Left the shop at about 2:00pm totaly disgusted with O2 and it's staff.Edit: after reading previous posts about the same issue, maby O2 ought to send in a "SECRET SHOPPER" to see how they opperate.I went to the Chatham shop the next day, couldn't have been more friendly or helpfull. this is how it should be done!!!!!

Went in to upgrade phone. One person serving, said would be an hour wait. How can you run a buisness like this? Disgraceful.
