Click\\u0026Collect, is ment to be quick and easily accessible. Today went to collect some jeans ordered online. Went in store, to type my ref number in the iPad, to find 18 other people awaiting their parcels. People who were at the till point, giving their ref numbers and a member of staff was going pass everyone else and getting there parcels straight away. 20 minute wait, I got my parcel, before some people who had been there longer. Ridiculous set up, sort out some staff planning!

Our experience was nothing to do with sales but magnificent customer skills . We found ourselves lost due to local road works. Two staff could have not been more helpful with directions and setting our mobile phone with Google maps.. well done staff and thank you.

Popped into this branch today, as I had been given a gift card as a present. Not shopped in Next for quite a few years, a very lovely lady checked my gift card balance before shopping and gave me some very helpful advice while looking around. Very clean and tidy, excellent customer service.

Next need to put the correct opening times on their website. I had to drive quite a distance to collect an order. Got there just before 10am which was the stated opening time on the website to find it doesn't open at 10am. Waste of my time and petrol.

I went to get help with one of my jacket bought from Next but the lady I met was very rude and no at all helpful.it was pathetic customer service at the store.I wouldn't go to the store again at crayford

I went to this store as I was looking for a pair of jeans, witch I couldn't find in store, I spoke to the lady at the cashpoint & explained what I wanted, & she looked up the item number, which I showed her on my phone through the next app, I gave her the item number & she ordered for me., This lady was very helpful great customer service very happy?
