I?ve been going to Ms Perfect for over a year now for a Brazilian Wax and I can?t recommend it enough. Seema greets me with a smile every time, is friendly and professional, and has always made me feel so comfortable. The staff are all very friendly, and although the shop is sometimes busy, they are always very attentive. I wouldn?t go anywhere else!

I recently visited Ms. Perfect salon to get my eyebrows done. Upon arrival, I was asked to return in 40 minutes due to ongoing appointments. After waiting outside, I came back inside within the specified time frame. However, despite being aware of my appointment, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive.While waiting in line, one of the staff attended to another customer before abruptly leaving without acknowledging my presence. As I patiently waited, one of the beauticians continued working on other clients without addressing my appointment or providing an update.After 20 minutes of waiting, another coworker finally approached me and mentioned the potential delay due to existing appointments. This lack of communication and disregard for my time left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.It's evident that the salon prioritizes certain customers based on appearances and fails to uphold basic customer service standards. Regardless of the size of the transaction, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and consideration.Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return to Ms. Perfect salon in the future. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation of any business.

I have come to this place to do wax mostly and i find myself very happy with service. my wax lady is Seema I recommend her she is so professional and patient, she does very good job i am really satisfied!

I have been coming to Ms Perfect for a few months now to get my Hollywood waxing done with Seema and would highly recommend. The waxes are always very through, not too painful and Seema is always very lovely and makes me feel very comfortable

If you?re looking for a quick, thorough wax with minimal pain, ask for Seema- a professional that?s superb in her field. She is highly considerate through treatments, knowing how much relief time between each wax strip is needed, allowing for a certain client comfort that isn?t always available in other salons.
