I happened to be served by their Manager today 1st. March, 2025 around 1645 . It was entirely my mistake about forgetting to collect my second take home order which I was able to go after a few hours. The Manager was extraordinary in his service. He did not show any sign of irritation and did all the right things for McDonald
And me. I cannot say enough for his Star performance today and obviously the others who helped him.
I am sorry I forgot his
Name. He deserve all the best.

The food was hot and fast just like me. I received excellent service big up that jazmine woman. She helped me use my McDonalds app.

This has got to be the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. I ordered a Caramel Frappe which tasted like water, I brought it back and asked for it to be remade. They remade it, it still tasted like water. I asked what the issue was and they said it was a problem with the machine.
You would assume at this point that they would not sell any more Caramel Frappe?s. 10 minutes later whilst I am sat down eating my food (from another restaurant), I see another person walking unhappily back towards McDonald?s with a Caramel Frappe in their hand. I can only assume it tasted just as much like water as mine did.
Since I was told that there was an issue with their machine or whatever the issue was, why did they continue to make them? Doesn?t seem like common sense was applied.

Total chaos, no receipt paper, the orders are standing there not being dispensed to the customers, ice-cream melting, fries are getting soggy and cold, disaster

I ordered a latte on my app and my wife was ordering one on her app. Mine went through ok, but their system went down before my wife's completed. I asked Dane the manager if he would supply her a latte as a gesture of goodwill or give me a credit for mine so we could get coffee together later as our car was charging on the Tesla chargers (which if the charge completes and you do not move your car you will be charged) Dane refused.
