Every time I come here you get told to park up. They never ever give me my food at the drive thru window. I once asked for a Big Mac on its own and got asked to park up! How do McDonald?s not have a Big Mac on the shelf?. Currently waiting on the car park yet again with nowhere to park because they have asked everyone to park up. Becoming a joke

Did order some burger through the app , got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes in the carfor the food. When it finally came it was luke warm. As a chef myself I probe food daily and it was no way near the 75 degrees in the middle as it should be for cooked food, as i assume it was since I had to wait or not even close to the 63 that's the limit for hotholding. If an EHO inspector probed that they would be in trouble.

Long queue, slow service?15 minutes just to get my breakfast, and when I finally did, I got a half cup of coffee and no hash brown in my wrap. The only person who even apologized and sorted it out was a very lovely elderly lady who wasn?t working in the kitchen?she actually turned my mood from angry to smiling. Meanwhile, it was freezing inside! The air con was on full blast instead of heating, so everyone was sitting there in their winter jackets. First time I?ve ever wanted to leave a McDonald?s instead of staying inside.
