It's Matalan good for clothes, shoes, suitcases and homeware. Currently exit escalator isn't working so you need to use the lift. Other than this all is as you would expect.

Matalan is a great place to shop for kids and adults.
The toys are also great here.

Came to the dartford branch this morning with my 93 year old mother , she needed to use the toilet which the shop assistant told me where it was somebody had just came out and said it hadn't been cleaned in there toilet included the floor was all broken . I hope nobody has a fall as it is quite dangerous.

Huge store, however, Matalan, appears to be in decline. Clothing items on offer was minimal, lack of sizes, and for some things - terrible material. Rather sad to see. Was my go to shop for basics and essentials. Bought nothing on this visit.

Terrible service today from a manager/ supervisor she did not have any customer service skills don?t know how to talk or treat what customers this store has! Talk to your customers with respect at all times we ain?t here to taken your stress and crap for a job you don?t wanna be in.

Got 2 items 1 was priced £10 pound, and the other was priced at £12.99 got to the payment point and noticed 2 different prices. The manager Lumila at Dartford also came out to say that 1 item may be old. It's not got a sale by date on it it's a pillow.

I returned two bikinis, they didn't fit and although the lady at the refund desk accepted that they could be returned she asked why I was bringing them back to which I said they don't fit, she spent time putting them on the hangers with a moody look on her face and then entered info on the till, I got my debit card out expecting a refund back on my card as that's how a lot of places refund but she just said in a rude tone and like I should know, 'it's done and I'll get an email shortly' . It doesn't matter what job you are doing a bit of customer service with a smile wouldn't hurt, would it?
