Paid one week holding deposit, been refused by their checking agency without any reason given, no deposit back according to theyre policy. So be careful with them before you pay any holding deposit as you will not get it back and you will not get a reason for refusal?

We?ve recently been viewing properties and had dealings with various estate agents. We haven?t gone with a property with Mann as of yet however the service from Ethan whilst viewing the property has been outstanding. Great asset to the team!

We had worked with another estate agent for the letting of our property before working with Mann and they were just awful. We were so pleased when we switched over to Mann- Tim Knight was so personable, proactive and professional. He was so on the ball at all times and constantly kept us in the loop. We didn't have a single problem working with Mann and they supported us the whole way through. For the lovely, Alex Moore. Alex helped me so much throughout my purchase process. So I must say, I am compelled to write this review.I had the privilege of having Mann as our goto when looking for our first home as new couple. We have been cared for by Ethan and ohhh God. This man took all the stress that comes with looking for a house in this day and age and left us to enjoy the days as we waited. He was so patient and kind, diligent and committed to making sure that we have everything that we need and everything we need to know however small or irrelevant we think the documents might be. When I walked into the office for the final meeting, everyone was so welcoming even the managers as well. As a new person in Dartford I was blessed that my partner chose Mann to help us out on our new journey. We have such a lovely house to call our home. So a massive thank you to Ethan and the team.
