Incredibly friendly staff!
Was in Bluewater today just shopping whilst celebrating my friend?s birthday, the staff noticed and were so kind and welcoming and even played happy birthday for her through the shops speakers! Such a sweet moment we were not expecting whatsoever and my best friend couldn?t stop smiling :)
Thank you lush staff! Always helpful and go above and beyond every time I visit!

All I have to say is Hannah deserves a raise!! I normally never leave reviews but she was so helpful, and such a sweetheart- she immediately helped me find what I was looking for, and even went out of her way to run through better options for me - she?s an absolute gem and lush is lucky to have her as part of the team!! ?

I visited the Blue Water Lush store as i wanted to purchase a massage bar to relieve pain for long standing health conditions . Emi V offered me a lovely arm massage with the CBD bar . Emi was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. LUSH needs more Emu V ?s . Thank you for an amazing experience. You deserve more than 5 stars . ?

Came in here this morning (13.8.25) for the first time, I was helped out by the man working there he was so so lovely and helped me out with everything I needed and made me feel so welcomed. Will definitely be returning!?

We recently went to a make it session at the Bluewater store and made a bath bomb. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it, I felt the session was really good value. Sarah was a fantastic host, made all the children feel included and was very patient. Would definitely book on for another session again!

Absolutely love Lush in Bluewater- the products look so lovely and smell amazing, also the staff are always so kind and lovely, each time I go there they always ask if I'm okay and if I'd like any help which I absolutely love about them, very helpful! Next time I may purchase a shampoo and conditioner from Lush as I really wanna try their shampoo and conditioner !
Edit: Today I visited Lush in Bluewater and was there for quite a long time, looking around and stuff- I actually saw my cousin who works there and asked her what kind of shampoo she thinks would be good for my hair and that I wanted to try the Fairly Traded Honey Shampoo.
So she gave me a sample of that one and also recommend the Ginger shampoo, so gave me a sample of that one too, I?m so very excited to try these out, hopefully they are good for my hair and I can get my hands on the whole shampoo and maybe a conditioner too !
I also looove the scent of the Fairly Traded Honey Shampoo; such a lovely scent, and am so excited to try it!
The Ginger Shampoo, I?m gonna be honest not overly keen on the scent, however, I?m still very excited to try it as it may be good for my hair- and I also love the texture: crispy, soft, looks shiny, and I mean the scent isn?t that bad, I?m still looking forward to trying it soon too.
I think I?ll try the honey shampoo first though as that is the one that I?m most excited to try- I can?t wait!

Walking into any lush is my happy place but this was above and beyond an experience that was so soul enriching thanks to Dani and her team. On a particularly difficult day I was met with kindness and being reduced to tears (good ones!) in store was a first but I was most grateful for the overwhelming sense of understanding by Dani.
I have never felt so comfortable in a store where asking for samples is normal, encouraged and met with expert guidance to suitable products. Thank you for making the experience about more than a bath bomb, always coming back to this store ?

We had a lovely experience at Lush Bluewater. We were served by Richard, he knew it was my daughter?s (age 6) first time going into the shop and she was quite overwhelmed by the amount of bath bombs she could choose from. He showed her lots of different ones and explained what they were like inside. He then asked her what she would like and helped her pick her perfect bath bombs! Thank you so much for helping her choose Richard and thank you for being so kind! You made her day!

Was help by Hannah an she was so help with everything even asked if I had trouble you touching what I do as of my autism so she recommended everything else an explains the over like one had bite in an stuff like that?s also help me go through an pick out hair care that I would actually love!

I was so humbled today after visiting the LUSH store in Bluewater Shopping Centre
My daughter has autism with a speech delay, and has been a bit down in the dumps after breaking her elbow at the weekend. We were then greeted by Jo, who took time out to make my little one smile the whole time we were in the store, using a bubble machine and letting my daughter relax and be herself was just magical to watch.
It is so humbling to know that there are such kind people out there, her kind approach made a very stressful day, a lot less stressful! Thank you! ?

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, definitely recommend. Products are also amazing but that's a given. The staff at this branch just are the best.
