4 counters only ever 1 or 2 ever open ? my card stopped took 5 mins to order a new ? then it took 55 mins to get a balance out of them the young Asian lady very slow very rude held the que up even longer place is a joke needs new staff to go along with the refit it's had crap place if you have to go in even when it's empty......

Went there recently due to having problems with my account, would like to point out one of their staff members i believe her name was Nicky. Extremely polite helped my with whatever i needed she was really lovely. The interaction stayed with me i don’t know why. What a great person.
