I have had my nails done fir 20 years. rude staff
speaking about me n there language. because I said the acrylic was to thick 35 pounds for a set of thick nails. And the acrylic they use made my nails itch terrible ..rude and unhelpfull. And I have being yo many nail shops.... and I couldn't believe that they charged a mum £44 pound to paint gel on two nine year old girls nails.outragoues.....no customer skills at all ...

Left so unhappy with my nails and when i mentioned he tried telling me the the shape of my nail thats curved, funny i get my nails done all the time and never haf that problem. I specifically asked for a manicure with the most natural finish i was told sns is best so i when with it i got noo manicure done no cuticles cut or cleaned they started straight with putting extensions then sns dip i said i want it very thin and he kept adding more layers i waited assuming he knows what his doing and will file it down but the end result was me having nails with hump backs on them how awful and cuticules left with no cleaning. If only i could add a photo

Really bad experience here. The people are nice but their skills are awful! Square shaped gel nails were asked for but my natural long nails were cut so short all different lengths and half square shaped and rounded on some nails. I can?t believe a nail salon can not even cut and shape nails all the same length and shape. Surely this is the bare minimum! The gel nail polish application was very messy with some polish on top of my cuticle and skin! No cuticle care given at all! A lady next to me was getting a pedicure and the nail tech cut the lady by mistake and was left bleeding. Appointment times are also not stuck to! 10am appointment and was not seen until 11am. A totally waste of £59! Will never visit or recommend. The finish was extremely unprofessional and I could of done better at home myself.

I won't be coming back to this nail bar. It's been years since I've been to a nail bar so I was asking what's available. She was just showing me colours. I told her I didn't just want a colour. She said "what do you want"? I said that's what I'm asking you? So I have Acrylic's. I said I wanted them quite short and pink with white tips. So finish product, quite long with no white tips. When I asked where the white tips were, she said "white tips"? She was talking to another worker the whole way through. Not one word to me. Very rude.

Me and my daughters came in 23 decWalk in. All done within hour even younger daughter who nails are bitten manged to get done. Lovely staff great service would recommend and free hand moisture

I got my nails done on Saturday. Usually my favourite place. This time I went, it only lasted for 3 days and then went back and I had to pay for it. Now it is broken again.
