AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe worst agency I ever dealt with, especially when it comes to repairs or issues reported. Takes forever to get something done after a lot of chasing by phone and email, mostly things just dont get done at all. Always condescending attitude trying to make you feel like you don't know anything or are flat out stupid and wasting their precious time. When raising issues in the flat, such as mice infestation or cold drafts, damp on the wall or giant holes around pipes, they will say it is supposed to be like that because "this is living in England". If the market wasn't so ridiculous with prices, we would be long gone. When the time comes to finally move elsewhere, I wonder if they'll make issues to not pay back the deposit as plenty reviewers stated here.They don't deserve even 1 star.

Nice friendly staff, good customer service. Quick and easy response especially by Lewis from land estate highly efficient and swift, it took us less than a week to sort everything. Would highly recommend.

The house was just the same as I saw on the internet. The agent was walk me through the process because this is my first time of renting and answered all my questions in less than 3 minutes every time. I surely recommend them.

I have been renting for 20 years and have never experienced such rude, unprofessional and poor service. Can only comment on rental not sales. Maintenance works are not completed sufficiently if at all in some cases. Agents shockingly attempted to withhold deposit unlawfully- I now know I?m not the first, report to property ombudsman. Had a great landlord which was a shame as agents were rude, very aggressive and greedy. I am so grateful for deposit protection scheme as agents have been denied to unlawfully withhold deposit. I have never had to raise a dispute in all my years of renting. I would advise renters to search online for reviews from tenants. Renters avoid
