Absolutely shocking! Made a just eat order that was accepted at 4.30 states delivery was 25-40 minutes multiple times it was pushed back never stating preparing! Disgusting service contacted just eat as well will joy be using this branch anymore

Service is terrible. Waited 20m and they still forget the fries. Poor Chinese-looking lady at the front is being terribly overworked! She's the one doing anything. Looked like the manager

Absolutely rubbish, waited long time for delivery, food was cold and really poor quality. Driver went to wrong house. Food was then missing. Terrible kfc and has got very expensive.

All the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. All the foods are freshly prepared and very tasty.
One downside is that the urinals in the mens toilets are waterless. Therefore, bad smell comes out when you open the door of the mens toilet. Therefore I want to leave the toilets as soon as I finish using it

2 workers at the whole place and there was only around 3 people there, ordered two meals what included 2 bits of chicken, large chips and a large drink each meal. When i got my food i noticed two bits of chicken were missing so i mentioned they mightve forgotten 2 pieces and they refused to give me another piece saying ive read it wrong and also refused to show me my own receipt. They knew they had stolen off two schools kids as they looked as guilty ash. You better know when i next come in here im trashing the place, watch

I bought food 3 times in a month They put the fries incomplete and they put even less than this. When I went there 4 times, I told the employees not to put them incomplete, they laughed and made fun of me by saying they always put less than that.
