Worse service from lady on the till at Bluewater KFC. The reciept says the cashier name was Shqipe. She was shouting at us as we was trying to explain what we would like to order, threw our order at us instead of handing it over & her general attitude was appalling & it?s put us off from wanting to eat here again. Perhaps this individual needs to have training on customer service again as this isn?t how you treat customers!

Waited over 20 mins for our ?fast food?.. Food was fine, usual KFC but was told we can only have 3 breast or thigh pieces in a bucket containing 6 pieces of chicken. Apparently they have to give at least half of the chicken pieces as wings or drumsticks in the buckets etc. Not keen on wings or drumsticks. Didn?t seem like there was enough staff working and very busy at the counter. Some staff working like the clappers while others were extremely slow. 20 mins to wait for the food was ridiculous! We?ll opt for a different food place next time.

Nothing wrong with the food at all it was the same as always and enjoyed it. They have now introduced self payment screens at Bluewater. This would not be a problem usually, but as part of my order I wanted mash potato and supercharger dips. I presumed they be under the sides and dips section, but they are not. In fact someone seems to have forgotten to add them to the screens at Bluewater, despite staff telling me that is where they are. I checked three times and 5 mins looking to confirm they are not on there. I told member of staff who said they are on there, but that as I could not order these items I would need to queue at a proper till. I stood in the queue (I say queue but there were only two people in front). I must have been in this 'queue' for almost half an hour to place my order. I had originally considered ordering on Deliveroo when I got home as I usually do, but thought as I was at Bluewater it would be easier and warmer than having it delivered. It was warmer, but it would have been quicker to order on Deliveroo and get the driver to hand it to me whilst standing at KFC in Bluewater itself or even return home and order it. It took far too long as I queued twice - once for self service screen and then again for a proper till.

Waited 15 minutes for a 1 item order (regular popcorn chicken) and had the order go up on the screen and then come off, seems like they are lying to management. Terrible communication and service 1/5 stars Poor quality food

Staff not interested, unfriendly. Food was cold, uncooked and bland. Over priced, not quality. Won?t go again. ????..

This is a very well run operation that I?m guessing is a franchise business. They serve food promptly and the chicken is really properly cooked. One small gripe is the chips are under done for my liking but that?s the same in most places I go. The gravy pots are legendary and I recommend to give it a go if you like fried chicken. There?s lots of seating in the shared seating areas. You can also charge your phone free in a couple of places that are located in the shared seating area close to Nandos. My son ordered 4 pieces of chicken from here and when it turned up it was not crispy enough, rubbery, and dry every thing else was fine but normally it?s nice. Also we spoke to the manager and he didn?t even say sorry and the staff were not very helpful at all.

Bluewater's KFC hasn't been so bad in the past but tonight's visit was underwhelming. They forgot to give me my fries, they forgot to give me the hashbrown and cheese in my burger which I had paid for, and my partner got a piece of chicken with half of the breadcrumbs off. Moreover, my vegan burger was extra dry and tough, completely unlike how they usually are.I feel like the staff didn't really care what was going on. I think I'd stick to the McDonalds just next to it, next time.

Terrible service. 49-50 minute queue even though my order was in queue position 10z staff rude telling people they had to wait. Had to argue for a refund and no apology.

KFC bluewater Saturday 21st January 16:55 While shopping in Bluewater I went to KFC, I requested if I could pay with cash as I didn?t have my card with me. I was told that the tills are not working today. So I asked if I could use the self service and pay with cash. I was told, we don?t have any cash on site. I requested to speak with the manager and asked for the name of the lady I was speaking with. She replied I don?t have a name but you can have the managers name then walked away to get the manger. As I waited for what appeared to around 10 minuets another member of staff came to me and I asked if he was the manager?. He replied no the manager is on a break and we are all new staff and the manger can not come out. So, I asked him if they have cash on site and he said no and again refusing to give me his name. he then told me the managers name Grendeen, I requested him to write it down and he walked off and refuse to speak to me. I watched him go towards his colleagues and laughing with them while looking back towards me. It made feel like I was nothing important and has completely ruined my special day with my 13 year daughter and her friend. It is totally unacceptable to be treated this way by a store in Bluewater When also KFC is meant to a professional company that is meant to provide a professional service. I mentioned I was going to make a complaint to the staff about the way I was treated and with that a member of staff came to me. I can only use the term a member of staff everyone refused to give their name. She said I will serve you, I then said I only have cash and she said yes that ok I can serve you here As I was being served a customer behind me wanted to be served next and when he went to the till she said sorry the tills are not working you need to use self service. What a nightmare this experience was! So much for fast food, I have visited this place twice in the last week and sadly I don't have 40 minutes to waste waiting. Mcdonalds was very busy but their queues were flying. Kfc had 14 staff members on, mostly chatting and it was horrendous. Then when finally got the food, all I can say is they must have meat suppliers who use sparrows as the chicken was tiny! I mean tiny it was crazy small! An certainly not tasty at all. Rather dry to be honest. So all in all a bad experience and not worth it. Hopefully if you have no other choice as other outlets were shut you have a better experience.
