Found the new store upstairs on the Guildhall part of Bluewater after being disappointed to find they had shut from their original location downstairs. The new store looks great, had a nice warm welcome from the store manager and the sales associate, both really helpful with what I was looking for showing me options to go with the colour suit I was looking to match up with. Super happy with the loafers I purchased, and the products to protect them which were recommended by the sales associate, I didn't get her name but thank you. As someone who's worked in retail I know great service when I see it.. Thank you

Despite what it says both on the bluewater website and Google maps. This shop has closed and is no longer ar Bluewater. Take it from me as I just drove for 90 minutes to find out!!

Amazing staff over the phone we think it was Mike or Danny who helped me find the right shoe to order online and voila they arrived today and fit me perfectly! I'm delighted! Without this insider knowledge I would be lost! Such a credit to Jones. Wish there more stores in Kent like Westwood Cross eg. Just love this store!

I?ve always been a fan of Jones the Bootmaker because of the quality of their shoes. I bought a lovely pair a few months ago. I only wear them occasionally so it took a while for a loud squeak to develop in one of them which made them unwearable. I called the store to explain & even though I no longer had the receipt the staff could not have been more helpful and managed to get me a replacement pair (which is what I?d hoped for as I love the shoes). Quality products and great, friendly service.

I went here specifically to get long boots. I have always got my boots from here. I have size 8 (42) feet. Nothing in my size. When I asked I was told they no longer have my size "because they always lose money on them". Well they've now lost any further business from me and I expect many other women with feet size 8 or above. Perhaps they haven't heard that feet are getting larger?? Not impressed

Purchasing a pair of leather boots at a reduced price worked really well, until I went to pay. Only to find this pair were not in the sale,even though the member of staff gave us the impression as we entered the store that there was 20 PC off all sales. Good boots but an unnecessary sales method, hence the rating!

Got a good pair of comfy shoes that were good quality this Saturday. It was hard to find a pair of shoes that had everything I required. The man serving me was very patient and made us feel relaxed. He spotted when it wasn't a good fit and encouraged us to leave with the right fit rather than rush a sale.I had to go through several pairs for it and it took a while but I left really happy. First time at Jones. I'll be back based on this experience.

Stylish and smart shoes at an affordable price but quality and comfort is not so good.Bought a pair of smart shoes but after a while got very uncomfortable and now can?t walk in them. Pathetic, never compromise on comfort and quality.

Bought a pair of nice boots on sale here. Sales assistant are actually helpful and knowledgeable compared to other shoes shop I have been to where the staff can't be bothered to help.They were all friendly and gave good tips. Discounted price of the sale was also a good bonus

The services was good but I got home and the tag was left on the bag I bought for an event the following day. Attention to detail would have been great. No explanation as to why the white paper bags were used on the day either. I'd never seen that before.Leaving the tag on the only item us not good enough!
