Reasonable prices to wash your car. A nearby car wash charges £18 just for the outside! There is no way I'm paying that, so I am so glad my husband found this one. Yes, its noisy and gets a bit confusing and weird when you have to turn off auto brake and let the car wash take you into the foamy oblivion! But its defo worth it & the car surprisingly comes out clean!

For the past three weeks, the automated wash at IMO Car Wash in Dartford has been underperforming. The cleaning cycle is noticeably briefer than before, and the dryer is ineffective, leaving my car soaked. As a result, dust on the surface turns into muddy streaks. When I addressed these issues with the staff, I was met with unfriendly and unhelpful responses. They were dismissive, bordering on rude, and showed no interest in resolving customer concerns. I strongly suggest finding another car wash to avoid wasting your money here.

I?ve been a loyal customer of IMO Car Wash in Dartford for nearly five years, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. On my last two visits, the automated machine failed to clean effectively. I paid £14 for the Ultra HD wash, but the washing time was noticeably shorter, and the dryer barely functioned. After the wash, my car was left wet, muddy, and covered in water marks and dust. I raised my concerns with a staff member, but they dismissed my complaint, insisting the machine was fine without even inspecting my car. This lack of care was frustrating and suggests a decline in service quality, possibly due to changes in management or maintenance standards. I?d advise others to consider alternative options to avoid wasting time and money.

Well, unfortunately, the chap that was washing my car was an ignorant horrible person just making and gestures and banging on the car for me to move up. If you don?t like your job, fella, find another one.

Paid for wash & Wax service removed ariel as advised on Noticeboard, on replacing ariel noticed my rear wiper cover plate had come off in process. Asked boss of IMO if this & other parts of vehicles were recoverable told no, but check on NEXT visit to wash car, but I was only passing when I decided to wash my car!!!

I had a disappointing experience with their car wash on Saturday afternoon. We waited in a long queue, and the automated wash only took about two minutes. After the wash, the car was still dusty, with water marks on the mirrors and body. I was very dissatisfied with the results.

Only ever used the automatic car wash so can't comment on the valet service, there is also 3-4 hoovers which require coins, only ever used these once so cannot remember the cost per minute, as for the car wash cleans fine unless you haven't washed your car for over 6months :)

I had yet another bad experience at this car wash this Sunday. When I arrived, there were around 10 cars in line. A young guy was going around collecting payments from the drivers, but it was clear that they don?t keep track of which service each customer pays for.
Before entering the wash, I specifically asked the guy if the service I paid for?Triple Foam?would be done, and he said yes. However, once the wash started, I noticed they began giving my car the Eco Wash, which is £1.50 cheaper. I was furious.
I got out of the car and confronted them about it. Instead of offering a proper apology, they simply handed me £1.50 back without saying a word. No explanation, no sorry?just the money shoved in my hand.
This is by far the worst car wash with the worst staff I?ve ever encountered. It seems clear to me that they are intentionally scamming their customers. People pay for more expensive services, but the staff delivers cheaper ones, assuming no one will notice. And when someone does notice? They quietly give back the difference like it?s nothing?probably hoping to pocket the extra cash when people don?t complain.
Absolutely unacceptable.
