I was ordering online for £120. I ordered Aptamil 2 for my baby thay bring me Kendamil which was cost £4 less. I did call to customer service and they said I will have a refund bcs they don't have in stock Aptamil. Well.....no refund at all even i did speak to them twice on the phone. I never gonna use iceland delivery again.

Dartford Iceland are always short staffed.Only 1 till opened at 5pm, staff walking around the stores looking at the long queue forming. Store closes at 7pm and the shutters are also half way down.

Food well stocked clean and tidyFood is OK not sure if all right for a full shop but for selective items it's fineNot that close to a car park now they have changed the street layout so woukd be difficult if you had done a very large shop

A good stock of frozen food and at good prices and staff are very helpful. Remember if you are a OAP you get a discount on food on Tuesday.

Called in for a few items on Saturday, which is arguably the busiest day of the week.Only one checkout open at the High Street entrance of the store. There was a long queue so I headed for the checkouts at the Market Street end.There was not a single one open.No doubt more profits for the owners at the end of the day through employing less staff.They didn't get any business from me though.I promptly off-loaded my items and walked out.

Went in there to pick up a few bits to check out the difference compared to when it was woolworths in the 60s so was really a visit to the area to compare the town now to the 60s 70s
