Customer services is extremely poor.
They have no sense of urgency and seem to have very little knowledge of how to systematically deal with non straightforward returns.
They only respond when prompted, so far I still don't any advice for a wrong size item sent, I contacted them via message (there is no way to contact by telephone) Monday, it's now Saturday.

Great store to shop for brands.You can find items for most of the big brands all in one store.Ralph Lauren, Boss, Gant, Ted Baker, Tommy, Calvin Klein, etc.

I'm not sure what it is, the store is reasonably stocked but it just lacks something.In the battle of superstores in Bluewater, John Lewis has far better ambiance, lighting design and staff.

One of my favourite shops - but had not very nice experience today with one of the sales assistants at the first floor being such unhelpful made me feel very stressed and fortunately another member of staff a blond lady ( I think she is Manager) helped me and thank you so much for that .
