I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair!

However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this.

“100% great service. Staff usually have my order sitting on the counter when I walk in if they see me pull up.Returning items is never an issue. I sometimes have to over order as I’m not sure what I’m going to need - if I have to return any parts there is never the “ huffing & Puffing” you get in electrical wholesalers !10/10 guys and girls ?”

He went around the shop for over 2 hours and contacted us on the product when he found it. He was great at accommodating our needs as fast as possible. He also was kind and respectful to us.”
