Needed a quick replacement tyre for a BMW i4 fitted and the tyre is not the easiest to find. I found this branch of Halfords could have it replaced so ordered on a Wednesday afternoon for fitting within 24h. I was nervous the tyre wouldn?t turn up but it did! The replacement was needed urgently as we were due to take the car to Yorkshire the next day and the tyre had quite a deep cut in the sidewall!
We popped down to have it swapped out and were greeted by a friendly chap who I had a good chat with about cars, specifically old BMWs! Lovely service and a relief the work was completed to an excellent standard. Thanks!

AVOID!!! Made me come back 3 times for a simple wheel alignment and still haven't been able to do the work. Every time I brought my car they came up with a new issue. Waste of time and money. Manager is also very unprofessional, refused to apologise for his mistakes! Terrible customer service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

3 different cars in the family have visited dartford centre in the last 6 months
1 oil/ filter service ,left centre oil light came on when checked no oil
2 ask to check clutch then got email from black box say ing car was monitored doing over 90mph down Bob dun way while waiting for diagnosis.
3 mot , when leaving terrible noise from rear wheel turns out 3 wheel nuts finger tight 4th was about to come off.
so 1 potential to write to write engine off
2 potential lost of insurance policy
3 deadly rtc waiting
will no longer trust
