I have been having difficulty finding a property. All the properties I had been given by other estate against didn't fit my requirements, and i ended up deleting the email as it was just cloging my email. However, after working with one of their agents, Nadia, she was able to find multiple properties that peaked my curiosity in the first email.

Didn?t show up. We are cash buyers and waited 45 minutes for the agent at a viewing, who didn?t show up and didn?t let us know of any delay or cancellation. We had to call the agency 3 times. Finally, about an hour after the viewing time, another agent called on behalf of the one who was supposed to meet us there telling us there was an overrun (very easy to let us know ahead of the time) and could we view hours later. I?m currently selling and if I were selling my home with them, I would be furious.

Leyla did an amazing job of renting out my flat. Just want say thank you to Leyla for her patience. Her whole team are very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Herself is knowledgeable and caring. I am very impressed by how quickly they found me my tenants. With them providing full management service, I can now put my feet up and enjoy my life. I?m a happy landlord. ?Unfortunately I have to update my review here. As much as the letting team did an amazing job finding my tenant, the property management team?s job is poor. They didn?t do the property visit in middle of tenancy. I had to chase them many times and it finally happened on 14th month! When it comes to repairs, I was throw at with expensive quotes without breakdowns of the work needs to be done. There?s one time I was given so expensive quote that I had to do research myself to try find cheaper options. And it turns out I was able to get the boiler fix at 1/3 of the price they quoted me. So I was doing the job that I?m paying them to do. It seems like they don?t care about the landlord?s interest and just want to get the job done. They are also hard to get on hold of. Their line is always busy, and when you drop them email ask them to call back, it takes them days or not coming back at all!
