Using H & T is a pleasure.The staff are attentive, professional and discreet.They take time to offer different options and are not at all pushy.I felt confident that they advised and offered the best price they could and I was confident in leaving my items with them and knowing that the items are insured while in the care of H & T.I would highly recommend H & T and would thank both Jordan and Ronnie for to the time and service that I received.They are both a great part of the team in the Dartford branch and a true asset to H& T.Many thanksKeep up the good workJames

I had to wait two hours for an answer, the service was incompetent, the guy was nice, but the lady was very rude and very upset when I asked how long I had to wait. After two hours of waiting, nothing was explained and there were still questions why I came from so far to cash the check, I am a truck driver and I don't have time to do it on the weekend, so I came to do it on the way, I do not recommend it
